CONTENT Ordinary Bread Loaves, Chelsea Buns, Knotted Rolls, Twisted Bread and French Baguette
Sweet Danish, Danish Custard, Cinnamon Rolls, Savoury, Danish Croissants, Icing with butter cream, Royal Plastic Icing
Cakes: Madeira, Sponge, Gateaux, Ginger
Pies: Cornish, Sausage, Rolls, Cream Pies, Milk Tarts

CAKE MAKING
CONTENT Cakes: Medium Sponge Gateaux, Fruit Cake etc
Torfle, Custard, Pudding, Tartlets etc

PROFESSIONAL COOKERY
CONTENT Preparation of Chicken, Beef, Meat dishes
Macaroni, Pasta, Vegetables, Salads, Rice

NB: Evening classes are conducted from 5PM to 8PM and weekend classes are conducted on Saturday and Sundays from 8AM to 2PM.
